While seizures with fever are most common type of seziures in children and are usually selt-limiting. Its ssestial not to overlook associated central nervois system infection. On the studies have suggested, that's most 1.2% of patients will have unexpected bacterial meningitis and guidelines suggest that longers seizures >15 min increase this risk.
This group evaluated 49 chidren with convulsive status epilepticus of whom had associated fever. Of these 16 recieved early parentral antibiotics and 4 were ultimately diagnosed with bacterial meningitis. This is a highlight if that's need early antibiotics .

Camels are animals that were created to survive the hottest climates on earth. Camels are commonlu used for transportation in the desert. Deserts are vast areas of sand and the temperatures in these areas can rise as high as 50'C (122F).

You migth have experienced temperatures around 30'C(86F). Even at such a temperature, you immediatelly become tired and thirsty when you are out and playing. Camels can still go far kilomatres at temperatures of 50'C. They can stay without water for fdays. This in because God has created their bodies very different from ours. Camels store the water they drink inside them for long periods and they quench their thirst with the water they carry within them.

Feeding is also a problem in the desert, since the desert is dry land and there is almost no vegetation. The camels mouth and lips are so strong that when it bites, it can pierce a hole in the sole of a shoe. This is why it can easily feed on thorns and keep hunger away. As well as that, the hair that covers the skin of the camel protects it from the intolerable heat. God has made the camels feet wide because they always walk on desert sand. Due to their widath, the camels feet don't sink in the sand. In addition, God has made the skin under the camels feet very thick. So their feet never burn.

There are very frequent sandtorms in the desert. Did you ever witness a strong wind when you were at the beach? You would not have been able to open your eyes because you had to try to prevent all the sand from getting in them. If that wind were to become a bit stronger, you wouldn't have been able to see ahead. However, camels have two layers of eyelashes. These lashes weave into each other just like a trap and they protect the camels eyes during sandstorms.

God has created every living thing with the features that are most suitable for their habitat. God has created everything where they should be. God is the strongest and He has endless knowledge. God created everything without any shortcomings. God informs us of the camels creation in the Qur'an as: " Have they not looked at the camel- How it was created?" (Surat Al Goshiya:17)

Did You Know?

Look over the butterflies' wings in the picature as if you were seeing them for the first time. Surely you will be filled with admiration for suvh an aesthetic display, as symmetry that is without the slightest flaw, the dazzling colors and patterns.
Now think of a piece of cloth. Assume that it is a very beautiful piece of cloth of good quality that has been moven with the inspiration of these butterflies' patterns. What would you think if you saw such a piece of cloth in a shop-window? Probably, the existence of an artist, who has drawn the patterns of this cloth, taking the wings of a butterfly as an inspiration while drawing them, springs into your mind, and you appreciate his artistry.
In this situation, you should also appreciate this fact: the artistry you admire doesn't belong to the person who draws the cloth pattern, taking butterflies as example, but ALLOH. Who is the originator of the patterns and colors of butterly wings. The colorful wings of butterlies with their wonderfully varied of patterns are magnificent manifestations of Alloh artistry in color. Just as a pattern on a piece of cloth does not come into being by chane, so is the color and pattern symmetry in the wings so perfect that they could not have came inti being coincidentally.
This diversity in design that butterlies have, as much as their wings, belong to Alloh, the All-Powerful. Alloh is the One Who bestows every creature with the characteristics it needs.
